Kinderland PLUS gGmbH from Poing has expanded its management team with Eva Harmat. With the new managing director, the tasks are redistributed in order to be able to meet the demands of the market even better.

Eva Harmat, 32, brings both pedagogical knowledge and knowledge of business management to the new task through her state examination for secondary school teaching of English and school psychology as well as her master's degree in business psychology. As chairwoman of the main shareholder of the non-profit company, Kinderland Poing e.V., she has already been involved in strategic decisions for Kinderland PLUS gGmbH in the past and participated in the company's development.

"I am happy to return to my roots after working in the private sector," says Eva Harmat. "Already during my studies I was active in various areas for Kinderland. As a board member of Kinderland Poing e.V., I have accompanied Kinderland PLUS gGmbH for quite some time. As managing director, I can now actively contribute."

Eva Harmat will be the first contact person for all Kinderland facilities from the new kindergarten year. Gabriela Kemether will continue to be responsible for finance and will devote herself to developing new business areas. Herbert Matzner will take care of legal matters.
